Q&A

Common Questions

Q1How do I redeem codes in Anime Apocalypse?
Open the in-game menu, go to the Codes tab (gear icon), paste the code into the input field, and press Redeem. New codes are usually case-sensitive — copy them exactly from our Codes page.
Q2How often are codes updated?
Our Codes page is auto-synced from the official sources every 2 hours, so any new code dropped by the developers shows up here without manual refresh.
Q3What is the best ability set for beginners?
Fire Slash and Wind Blade are great starter abilities — both are easy to unlock from the Ability Shop and provide solid damage with forgiving cooldowns. Save mythic abilities like Atomic for after you reach level 50.
Q4How do I unlock pets?
Pets drop from dungeon bosses, raid encounters, or can be purchased from the Pet Shop in the Hub World. Rare pets have lower drop rates — check our Pets page for exact spin chances.
Q5What is the Tier List based on?
The tier list reflects current meta strength in late-game content (raids, level 80+ dungeons). S-tier picks are dominant in the current patch; D-tier are mostly outdated or starter-only.
Q6Can I play Anime Apocalypse on console?
Yes — the game supports PS5 and Xbox controllers natively. See our Controls page for full button mappings.
Q7How do I get more spins for pets?
Spins drop from daily quests, dungeon clears, and as login rewards. You can also buy spins from the in-game shop using gems.
Q8What are traits and how do I roll them?
Traits are passive bonuses tied to your character. You can roll new traits at the Trait NPC for gems. Each roll gives a random trait based on rarity weights — see our Traits page for full odds.
Q9How long does each dungeon run take?
Standard dungeons take about 5–10 minutes solo. Raid bosses take 15–25 minutes depending on team composition. Speedrun strategies are covered in our Guides.
Q10Are codes one-time use or stackable?
Codes are one-time use per account. If you redeem on multiple accounts you will get the reward on each, but you cannot redeem the same code twice on the same account.
Q11What is the maximum level?
The current beta level cap is 100. Devs have stated the cap will be raised to 150 in the next major content update.
Q12How do I report a bug?
Use the in-game Feedback button, or join the official Discord server. Bug fixes are tracked in our Updates page so you can verify when issues are resolved.
