Gadget Pity System Explained
How the 50/100 pity counters work for Mythic gadgets — and how to maximize lucky pulls.
⏱ 4 min read
What is Pity?
The pity system guarantees a Mythic gadget after a fixed number of rolls without one. Two counters run in parallel:
- Pity Normal — 50 rolls: Guarantees at least a Mythic gadget on roll 50.
- Pity Lucky — 100 rolls: Guarantees a specific featured Mythic on roll 100.
Both counters reset the moment you pull a Mythic.
Mythic Gadget List
The Mythic-tier gadget pool:
| Gadget | Effect |
|---|---|
| Black Hole | Pulls 8 enemies to a point, holds 4s |
| Rage | +50% damage for 8s |
| Infinity | Reflects damage for 6s |
| Conqueror's Haki | Stuns + 30% damage to bosses |
Each pull during a featured banner has a 40% rate-up for the featured Mythic.
Should You Pull?
| Your Situation | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| < 30 spins, no Mythic | Save until banner with rate-up |
| 30+ spins on regular banner | Push to 50 for guarantee |
| 50–80 spins | Switch to a Lucky banner — your 100-roll pity carries |
Carry vs Reset
The 100-roll Lucky Pity carries across banners — if you have 70 spins on Banner A, switching to Banner B keeps the count. The 50-roll Normal Pity does not. Pick a banner you actually want before chasing pity.
Tip: New banners drop every 14 days. If you're at 70+ on a banner you don't want, finish it — you're closer than you think.
