Pet Spin Strategy & Drop Rates
When to spin, where to spin, and which pets are worth the gem cost.
Spin Cost & Pity
Pet spins cost 150 gems each at the Pet NPC. Soft pity for a Mythic pet activates at 80 spins without one — your odds double from 1% to 2% per roll until you hit one.

When to Spin
Pet spins are a gem sink. Only spin when:
- You have 30+ Lucky Spins banked (free spins from daily quests double drop rates)
- There's an active Spin Boost event (look at /updates)
- You already maxed your current pet to level 30
Best Early Pet
If you're under level 50, save spins. Tiger is a 36%-rate common that gives +12% damage and is enough for all Hard-tier dungeons. Spinning for Mythics with <50k gems is usually a trap.
Best Mid-Game Pet
Kurama at 10% is the best gem-per-power ratio in the game. +18% damage + a once-per-fight ability that doubles your Skill 4. Most players run this until they get a Mythic drop naturally.
Pet Leveling
Pets level via Pet Bones (Hard+ dungeon drop). XP curve:
- Lv 1 → 10: 100 bones
- Lv 10 → 20: 500 bones
- Lv 20 → 30: 2,000 bones
Tip: Don't level a Common pet past 20 — bone cost is identical to Mythic leveling, but the Common cap is 30% lower.
